Solid electrolyte
Solid electrolyte has the advantages of high temperature resistance, non-flammability and non-leakage, so it is considered to be one of the most promising candidates for high-performance electrolyte of lithium battery.
Solid electrolytes are generally divided into inorganic solid electrolytes, polymer solid electrolytes and composite solid electrolytes.
Inorganic solid-state electrolytes can be divided into oxides, sulfides, etc., wherein the oxide-type inorganic solid-state electrolytes have the advantages of wide electrochemical stability window, high mechanical strength and high oxidation stability, so that they can be adapted to high-voltage cathode systems.
Sulfide-based inorganic solid-state electrolytes are favored for their high ionic conductivity, good mechanical strength and low interfacial resistance.
